About Us:

Nestled within the scenic Heritage of Hawk Ridge community, our nine-hole par-three Hawk Ridge Golf Course spans approximately 25 acres, complemented by a picturesque 5.7-acre lake and a smaller 0.5-acre lake. Renowned for providing an exceptional golfing experience, our course consistently receives high praise from players across the region.

Recent Upgrades:

We take pride in our commitment to excellence, demonstrated by recent investments in our facilities, including:

• New Equipment: Most of our course equipment is less than a year old.
  
• Irrigation Enhancements: A state-of-the-art Watertronics pump station was installed in March 2024, along with new Toro greens and surround sprinkler heads.
  
• New lake flume pipe and stainless-steel intake screen.
  
• New 12” valves outside pump station
  
• Ongoing improvements: Our five-year improvement plan includes replacing satellite boxes, the remaining golf course sprinkler heads, and updating irrigation software and computer systems.
  

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to elevate our golf course operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of irrigation management, scheduling, and cultivating a positive team culture.

Job Title: Golf Course Superintendent

Total Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000.00, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the annual budget preparation
  
• Oversee irrigation maintenance and scheduling
  
• Manage water resources efficiently
  
• Perform repair and maintenance on equipment
  
• Foster a culture of communication and safety within the team
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• A two- or four-year degree in a related field or golf course experience
  
• Or an assistant superintendent ready to make the transition to superintendent
  
• Willingness to train the right candidate.
  
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Missouri Pesticide Applicator’s License.
